br0.ai provides AI-powered automation, analytics, and technical solutions. The scope of services is defined in the specific agreement or engagement with each customer.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activities, or in ways that violate the terms of any integrated third-party platform.
Third-party integrations
Certain services require access to third-party platforms. By authorizing such access you confirm that you are permitted to grant that access. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by those platforms.
AI-generated outputs
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or unintended results. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before publishing or acting upon them.
Your data
You retain ownership of your data. We use it only to deliver the services you request. See the Privacy Policy for additional information.
Service availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance or updates may occasionally require temporary service interruptions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, br0.ai's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable notice. Upon termination we will remove customer data according to the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
